My name is McKenna. I’m the manager at Southern Tattoo Society, and I specialize in illustrative and fine-line tattoos. Before I started tattooing I went to UTSA for fine art and did face paint and caricatures on the side. I learned that I loved working one on one with people much more than painting in a studio. So I switched gears and became a tattoo apprentice.
My first apprenticeship was rough going and offered little guidance, until I met A.ONE. We restarted my apprenticeship from scratch and my skill, confidence, and clientele skyrocketed. Now I am thriving in my tattoo career and loving every minute!
